Privacy
What we keep
Waem is a CV builder. When you create an account we store the email you sign in with, the CVs you write, optional job text you paste to tailor, and any feedback you send. Pages stay tied to your account. InstantDB holds that data so you can come back to it.
Sign-in
We email a one-time code. There is no password. Anyone with that inbox can open your CVs, so keep the address yours.
The assistant
Gemini runs only when you ask — chat or Tailor this CV. We send a snapshot of the open CV and the pasted job, not your whole library. Waem does not invent jobs, dates, or skills, and we do not use your CVs to train our own models.
Analytics
Umami records page views on the public site so we can see what is used. It is not an advertising pixel, and it is not tied to your CVs.
Sharing
A CV is private unless you export it or, if sharing is on, you publish a link. Public profile pages are off unless we enable them.
Delete
You can delete a single CV from the library. Delete account, in the account menu, removes your CVs, feedback, and sign-in. Ask hello@waem.app if something remains.
